Who we are
Yayla is an outdoor gear shop. This page explains which personal data we collect when you visit the shop, place an order or write to us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order, we keep your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the products you bought, so we can ship the order and handle returns. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Your wishlist is kept in your own browser and never leaves it. If you leave a comment on the journal, your name, email address and the comment are stored.
Cookies
We use the cookies the shop needs to keep your cart and your login. You can delete them from your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
